This website is operated by IntekHealth, an online retailer based in the United States. We do not operate a physical store open to the public.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you are purchasing for legitimate research or laboratory purposes in compliance with applicable U.S. laws.

All products are intended for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

You are solely responsible for how you use products after purchase, compliance with law, and proper handling in a qualified laboratory setting. We make no medical claims.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline orders (e.g. inventory, fraud risk, or address issues).
• Order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed and shipped.
• We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
• Prices and availability may change before checkout is completed.

Payment is due at checkout via methods shown on the site (e.g. card payments through Stripe, cryptocurrency where offered). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the total shown, including discounts and shipping.

Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation.

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

See our Refund Policy. Sales are generally final except where we approve a return or replacement for eligible issues (e.g. damage in transit, wrong item).

• Interfering with site security or payment systems

We may suspend or refuse service for violations of these Terms.

Site content (text, logos, layout, images) is owned by IntekHealth or licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEKHEALTH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States, where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
