Refund Policy

At IntekHealth, we want a clear, fair experience. Because our products are research and laboratory materials, returns are limited.

All sales are generally final

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Failure to read product descriptions or research-use disclaimers

When we may offer a refund or replacement

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund or replacement if:

  • Damaged in transit — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product
  • Wrong item shipped — report within 7 days of delivery with your order number
  • Lost shipment — contact us if tracking shows no delivery within a reasonable window
  • Confirmed carrier loss — after carrier investigation, we may reship or refund

How to request help

Email support@intekhealth.com with:

  • Order number
  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (for damage or wrong-item claims)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Non-refundable situations

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with where integrity cannot be verified
  • Delays caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Cryptocurrency orders after blockchain confirmation, except where we explicitly agree otherwise

Chargebacks

Contact us first if you have a problem. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and collection of associated fees where permitted by law.

Payment method notes

Card payments: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).

Cryptocurrency: if approved, refunds may be issued in USD equivalent via an agreed method; network fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations before shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. We will try to cancel and refund; if already packed or with the carrier, standard return rules apply.
