Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Use a complete street address when possible; some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes for certain shipments.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). High volume or inventory checks may extend processing; we will email you if there is a delay.
Delivery estimates
After shipment, standard domestic delivery is usually 3–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
You will receive an email when your order is paid and, when available, when it ships with tracking information.
Shipping costs
Fees are calculated at checkout based on order details and destination. Free-shipping promotions, if any, appear at checkout.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a complete, accurate U.S. shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error may not qualify for a refund or free reshipment.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, we may refund the product subtotal minus shipping and restocking costs, or reship at your expense, at our discretion.
Lost or damaged packages
- Lost: contact us if tracking stalls; we will open a carrier inquiry
- Damaged: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos — see our Refund Policy
Carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions.
Research materials
Products are packaged for research supply chains. Handle according to your laboratory protocols.
